Tenant Scrutiny Panel deliver report

The Tenant Scrutiny Panel has just finalised the report on the its latest review which was a look at service charges and how York Housing Association residents felt about them in terms of, among other things, transparency, value for money and communication.

A Focus Group with tenants was held on 29 February 2020 and the attached report details the findings of the Focus Group and the TSP’s recommendations for YHA.
