We are looking for a Compliance and Fire Safety Assessor – Permanent Role
We are looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced individual to undertake the post of Compliance and Fire Safety Assessor within York Housing Association.

This is a permanent role.

Salary is £32,049 plus a car payment of £1924 per annum.

Location: York, Monks Cross

Hours: 37 Hours per week
-

You will be responsible for undertaking Fire Risk Assessments, inspecting fire doors, undertaking the Building Safety Manager role for high risk buildings and managing some compliance contracts and auditing others whilst driving continuous improvement to achieve York Housing Association’s business objectives.
