Christine Storrs, Chief Executive

Christine is Chief Executive, with overall responsibility for the effective leadership, performance and development of the Association. The CE is the primary link person with the Board of Management, The Tenant Services Authority, Homes & Communities Agency and numerous outside bodies. She represents the Association on the Regional Executive Committee and national Supported Housing Committee of the National Housing Federation.

Kate Spencer, Operations Director

Kate Spencer, Operations Director

Kate is Operations Director, with responsibility for the day-to-day management and maintenance of the association's housing stock, including rent collection, letting of properties, repairs and customer services. She is also responsible for the management of a wide range of supported housing services, in residential and non-residential settings that are staffed by the Association or by Managing agents on our behalf.

John Gilham, Property & Development Director

John Gilham, Property & Development Director

John is Development and Property Director, responsible for liaising with Local Authorities on housing strategies, identifying gaps in service and working with architects, contractors and funders on the development of new housing schemes. He also plans and implements any major repairs and improvements to Association owned properties.

Paul Roberts, Finance Director

Paul Roberts, Finance Director

Paul is Finance Director. He is responsible for all aspects of financial management, control, reporting and forecasting; including treasury management and rent accounting. He also leads on risk management and oversees the organisation's investment in information technology.

Housing Officers Retire
