Julia Histon, Chief Executive

Julia is Chief Executive, with overall responsibility for the effective leadership, performance and development of the Association. The Chief Executive is the primary link person with the Board, the Regulator: The Homes and Communities Agency, funders, the National Housing Federation, Local Authority partners and numerous other outside bodies. She also represents the Association at Regional forums and events.

Kate Spencer, Operations Director and Deputy Chief Executive

Kate Spencer, Operations Director and Deputy Chief Executive

Kate is Operations Director and Deputy Chief Executive, with responsibility for the day-to-day management and maintenance of the association's housing stock, including rent collection, letting of properties, repairs and customer services. She is also responsible for the management of a wide range of supported housing services, in residential and non-residential settings that are staffed by the Association or by Managing agents on our behalf.  Kate deputises for the Chief Executive as required.

Paul Atkins, Property & Development Director

Paul Atkins, Property & Development Director

Paul is the Development and Property Director, responsible for liaising with local authorities and with other interested parties on housing strategies, development plans along with identifying gaps in service. He works with various consultants, contractors and funding partners on the development of new high quality housing schemes. He is also responsible for the planning and delivery of the investment programme for the Associations properties.

 

Paul Roberts, Finance Director

Paul Roberts, Finance Director

Paul is Finance Director. He is responsible for all aspects of financial management, control, reporting and forecasting; including treasury management and rent accounting. He also leads on risk management and oversees the organisation's investment in information technology.
